Honestly, one of the most beautiful and deeply moving shows I’ve ever seen. From the moment it starts, you’re completely drawn into the story of Hoi An, the history, the culture, the emotions — all told through incredible choreography, lighting, and music. The scale of the performance is breathtaking: hundreds of performers, stunning costumes, and seamless transitions that make you forget where the stage ends and the river begins. It’s not just a show; it feels like an experience that takes you through time, connecting you to Vietnam’s heritage in a way that’s both powerful and poetic. We enjoyed the show. So amazed to see a big number of participants who performed plus the props and lights that were used. Hoi An Memories should not be missed by anyone visiting Da Nang. It rained but the staff were quick enough to provide the raincoats. Just felt sorry to see one of the guests slide on the floor and hit his head on the pavement right infront of me. The security and other staff were attentive when we shouted for help. I hope that guy was not badly hurt. Maybe the management should do something about the floor to avoid such accidents. Generally, the show is great.
I had purchased the tickets for the Hoi An Memory show online in advance, and the process of exchanging them on-site was very smooth. Although the main performance starts at 8:00 p.m., a series of smaller shows already begin once the park opens at 4:00 p.m. They are all wonderful and can be enjoyed continuously until around 7:00 p.m. Besides the performances, the park’s decorations and atmosphere are also impressive—especially after nightfall when the lighting makes everything look absolutely stunning. Additionally, if you need food or drinks, there are several restaurants and vendors in the park that can meet your needs perfectly. As for the main show, it was truly spectacular—grand in scale, emotionally moving, excellently performed, and never dull for a single moment. The level of brilliance is honestly beyond what words can describe; it’s something you really have to experience in person. In conclusion, the Hoi An Memory show is an absolute must when visiting Hoi An. Missing it would surely be a regret. I highly recommend it to everyone.
It was the best show I've ever watched. Even though it was raining, the actors and dancers still delivered an amazing performance. They provided rain coats for everyone. There are mini-shows that were also great before the main performance. Go there before 5pm if you want to watch the mini-shows. If you are in Hoi An, don't miss this show, it's worth it. Definitely would come back here in the future to watch it again with my friends.
